What if PaintCRM paid for itself?

37×
Win 1 extra job/month

Average residential paint job: ~$1,800. If automated follow-ups win you just 1 more job per month, that's $1,800 for a $49 tool.

$176/mo saved
Replace 3 tools

DripJobs $97 + PaintScout $99 + basic CRM $29 = $225/month. PaintCRM Solo replaces all three for $49 — saving $176/month.

Pays for itself
Stop chasing payments

The average contractor has $2K+ in outstanding invoices at any time. Automated reminders recover unpaid invoices that otherwise go ignored.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use PaintCRM?
Not at all. PaintCRM is designed for painters, not software engineers. Most contractors are up and running in under an afternoon. The estimating wizard guides you through each room step-by-step — just enter your measurements and it does the math.
How is PaintCRM different from DripJobs?
DripJobs has great automation but template-based estimating that many complex painting projects quickly outgrow. PaintCRM includes production-rate estimating (the same methodology professional painters use) AND DripJobs-quality automation — in one tool at a lower price point.
How is PaintCRM different from PaintScout?
PaintScout has best-in-class estimating but treats CRM as an add-on, charges per user, and lacks drip automation. PaintCRM was built with CRM as core — the pipeline, follow-ups, and scheduling are deeply integrated with the estimating, not bolted on. And it's flat monthly pricing, not per user.
Can I migrate my existing estimates and contacts?
Yes. We support CSV import for your contact list. Estimate data from other tools can be manually recreated (we know it's not ideal — a direct import connector is on the roadmap). Most contractors find that the time it takes to enter their active estimates is worth the switch.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan (Solo or Crew). If you don't subscribe, your account moves to read-only mode — you can still export your data. We never delete your information without giving you time to export it.
Does PaintCRM work for exterior painting jobs?
Yes. The estimating engine handles exterior surfaces including siding (wood, vinyl, stucco, brick), exterior trim, fascia, soffits, decks, and fences. Each surface type has its own configurable production rate and paint coverage rate.
Can I use PaintCRM for commercial painting?
PaintCRM is primarily built around residential and small commercial work (the type that a 1–15 person company does). Large commercial work with detailed billing schedules and project management phases may be better served by a more general contractor tool.
What payment methods does PaintCRM accept from customers?
Through our Stripe integration, your customers can pay invoices via credit card (Visa, MC, Amex) or ACH bank transfer. You can set up automatic payment reminders for overdue invoices.
